  8. Once it is understood that the hidden ground  of 
  9. our time is information moved at the speed of 
  10. light, then it becomes easy to see why schooling 
  11. is changing so drastically. It becomes possible to 
  12. explain why universities really need not much 
  13. concern themselves any longer with instruction. 
  14. Such observations, if offered as a private point of
